Note: Image quality of Live Streamed video is never as
good as archived video for "On Demand" display and
depends on a number of variable factors such as the
speed of the local Internet connection, amount of
traffic at the time of broadcast, the size of the
display, the resolution selected, etc. However, the
sheer convenience of its availability in real-time to
remote audiences more than makes up for this slight
disadvantage.

Pricing:
Cost is
largely determined by the following elements:
1. The duration of your event
2. The image quality required for your webcast (which affects
bandwidth usage)
3. The number of viewers expected
4. The number of
cameras/operators and the sophistication of the broadcast required.
Note: Post-production
editing, DVD production, etc. are calculated separately.

BASIC:
With a single camera
fixed on the speaker podium, this very economical package will
capture the full event from the audience's perspective, displaying
video and audio to their browser. Naturally, we will have good
lighting and professional audio recording system on hand to capture
the best audio-video possible. We will also record the entire
presentation as a digital video file which for use in future
productions.
VALUE:
Two cameras
will be used here - 1 fixed on the podium or presentation screen and
1 mobile camera to pan and zoom on other areas of interest - e.g.
close-ups of speakers, audience reactions, award recipients walking
up to the podium, etc. Our experienced videographer will be on hand
to change camera angles & zoom settings and to pan across to the
audience or capture a mobile speaker, pan to your presentation
screen, etc. Naturally, the same great lighting and audio recording
systems will be used. Live switching technology allows us to switch
between cameras to keep the video much more lively and interesting
than a single fixed camera angle. Of course, we will also record the entire presentation as
a digital Flash video file for use in future productions.
GOLD:
The sky's the limit - we
can use multiple cameras to increase camera angles and the
simultaneous capture of different areas of the event such as
multiple speakers, audience reaction, onscreen presentations, etc.,
which can be mixed using sophisticated TV style mixers for adding
subtitles, overlay images and even other pre-recorded video clips,
all in real-time. You will have a separate camera operator for each
camera and a mixing technician to direct the live, on camera
effects. The entire production will also be captured and all the
camera streams as well as the mixed stream, will be recorded as
digital video for use in future productions. We will also create an
"On Demand" version for you to post on your website as a Flash Video
for anyone who missed the event.

A full day comprises a total of up to 8 hours max. (7
hours + 1 hour setup/takedown) –
overtime is charged in 1 hour increments as shown

Basic Streams can be displayed free of charge on a
separate section of our website - we will provide you
with a link to send out to your invitees.

Value Package Streams can be displayed on an optional
1-page mini-site which we will build for you (see
above). This site will mimic the look and feel of your
website but must be hosted on our servers. We will even
register a domain name for you (subject to availability
of course) to host your site for the duration of the
event and provide you with a link to send out to your
invitees.
Note: Booking deposits are refundable if event is
cancelled 15 business days or more before the scheduled
date.
Note: Balance is payable in full 7 business days or
earlier before the scheduled event date.
Note: Payment for any optional extras ordered
after the event is due in advance.

Payment Schedules & Terms:

All event bookings
need advance notice and a booking deposit to confirm your dates.

Booking deposits
(see rates in the table above) is payable by credit card or cheque in order to fix your booking date.

Note: This deposit
is refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 10 business days
before the event for the Basic & Value packages and 15
business days
before the event date for the Custom package.

Full payment of the
balance must be received by us (cheque or credit card)
at least 5 business days before your event date. Note: If
payment is not received by this time, we may cancel your event
without notice and your booking deposit cannot be refunded.
